CYBER TELEVISION STUDIO IN A SUITCASETM

Sony Technology

The current still digital camera F-505    does not come with Firewire,
Optical Video Stabilization and Video Light.  But, the Concept Video
Camcorder maybe will; based on some of the F505 advanced designs!

First, the camera is made from space age magnesium.
Two,   it has a "special" Zeiss Vario Sonar zoom with a
now,  unheard of consumer optics;   it has a resolution
that may exceed your computer monitor:
1600X1200!
Three, it has a "Hybrid" TFT screen; highest resolution
in a view finders...   put a rubber eye cup on and "wow!"
Although its about 124k pixels, it becomes a 2 inch finder
that will translate into over 500 lines of definition!

Because this Cam has a New 2.11 million pixel
Super HAD 1/2 INCH CCD, the image looks HDTV!
Whew!

There is more... a lot more.
It will come with a new kind of light called a strobe.
When in photo mode or video mode the on board
computer chip will set the lighting and it is that bulge
you see on top of the lens barrel, which houses the light.
It will have an on board Firewire socket for two way
Digital Image and Audio transmission. It has an Analog
terminal and even a mini USB terminal already on board.

It can be powered off board through a provided slot
with a belt worn battery NP-FS31 rated at 3,420mAh
that will go for hours & hours. It records to solid state
Memory Stick and not moving video tape. There will be
256k, 512k and the humongous 1GB by third quarter
year 2000 at the earliest.  This memory device is the
same size and dimensions as Memory Stick!
It will have a sophisticated digital microphone for high
quality audio recording. This unit fits inside the palm
of your hand... talk about TINY!

Attention PAL users... This Cam has a Switchable
Analog AND Digital Output in EITHER PAL or NTSC!

Attention MAC users, it comes with both Windows
and MAC software for interfacing and the comm. link.

I think Sony will preview this cam at the January CES...
But, I will be there with my 500MHz Laptop
hooked up to
THIS marvel in technology for all to see.
I will also try and have a special promotion
'here' on
where to get this unit and for a whopping
$1000 cheaper than Japan!
