Question: When I take stills using the MAMBA2, I noticed that I'm not  
getting the 4.1 MegaPixel as promised. I know because I looked at
the file size & it's only 1.3 megs.  What am I doing wrong? HELP!

Answer: We're glad you asked this question. The number of Mega Pixels 
in a picture do not EQUATE to the size of the file stored on disk.        To
confirm whether you are getting the correct Mega Pixel count, open the  
photo you took and  see what it's pixel size is.           If it is the default of 
2048 x 1515, then you've got 3.1 mega pix!
Thank you very much for the instructions. Last Nite Walt & I determined
that the problem was OHS (operator-head-space). In other  words, my   
own stupidity. I was confusing "Mega-Pixels" with "Mega-Bytes".   A 3.1
Mega-Pixel picture will take about 1.1 to 1.3 mega-bytes of storage space
on your computer. Once Walt helped me realize the error of my ways,   
we were able to determine that both he and I had been doing everything
correctly from the beginning.

As an additional service to your meister-minions (even though you
already provide SO many great services), when you update your
website you may want to warn those of us with fleeting intelligence
not to fall into the Mega Pixel vs Mega-Byte trap. In other words,
XX Mega-pixels does not equal XX Mega-Bytes. I am so sorry you
had to spend so much time (of which you have so little) on this.
When I get back from my scuba trip to Indonesia, I'll send you a
DVD with my edited video on it as a thank you.
